Set Parameters: Adjust the blade height according to the material thickness-much like adjusting the grind coarseness on a coffee machine. Set the cutting length by entering the desired value via the control panel; the margin of error can be controlled within ±0.5 mm. Select the cutting mode (Continuous/Single): Continuous mode is ideal for batch processing, while Single mode is suited for precision operations.
Load Material: Gently feed the material into the input slot, ensuring it remains parallel to the guide rails-much like loading documents into a scanner. For soft materials, use an auxiliary clamp to secure the material and prevent shifting during the cutting process.
Initiate Cutting: Press the Start button, and the machine will automatically execute the entire process-feeding, cutting, and ejecting-at a cutting speed of up to 30 cuts per minute. Once the cutting is complete, the machine will automatically stop and emit an alert tone-much like the "ding" of a microwave signaling that your food is ready.
