What are its key features?

 

It is equipped with 5 servo motors. This results in smaller fabric gaps, easier operation, and more convenient replacement of pipes of different diameters.

It is optional with advanced version of EPC access system, which is used to connect with factory industry 4.0 system / ERP system / ChaoSheng's Equipment Network Monitoring System, etc.

The equipment adopts high standard configuration:

---Adopt standard integrated precision slide module, high precision, stability and durability;

---Adopt maintenance-free rotating gripping group without conductive ring to reduce maintenance cost and increase production capacity;

---Export standard equipment adopts(HI-Stand) German Siemens control system (Touch screen +PLC + servo motor); Normal standard adopts China Inovance control system (Touch screen +PLC + servo motor);

---Using German Schneider low-voltage electric, Taiwan Airtac Pneumatic components;

---The equipment adopts a thickened one-piece molding body, which is strong, stable and has a long service life;

One machine is multi-purpose: Paint roller in different diameters can share a set of equipment by replacing accessories;

It is strongly recommended that this equipment be matched with our 6 in 1 finishing machine (CS-G8803L) and automatic end-cap inserting machine (CS-G8806L), or the production line for one end-wrapped paint roller (CS-G8803L-WSJ), which can process the tubes which winded on the day into finished products, effectively shortening the production cycle of the product;

The equipment is available in ordinary version and TUV Rhineland certified CE version.

This automatic cloth wrapping machine is independently developed by Foshan Chaosheng Automation. It adopts adjustable tension control and stable winding structure, suitable for winding various fiber cloth and roller materials. With compact design and low energy consumption, it ensures neat wrapping effect and high working efficiency for daily mass production.
