It is optional with advanced version of EPC access system, which is used to connect with factory industry 4.0 system / ERP system/ChaoSheng's Equipment Network Monitoring System, etc.

The equipment adopts high standard configuration:

---Adopt standard integrated precision slide module, high precision, stability and durability;

---Adopt maintenance-free rotating gripping group without conductive ring to reduce maintenance cost and increase production capacity;

---Export standard equipment adopts(HI-Stand) German Siemens control system (Touch screen +PLC + servo motor); Normal standard adopts China Inovance control system (Touch screen +PLC + servo motor);

---Using German Schneider low-voltage electric, Taiwan Airtac Pneumatic components;

One machine is multi-purpose: Paint roller in different diameters can share a set of equipment by replacing accessories;

It is strongly recommended that this equipment be matched with our 6 in 1 finishing machine (CS-G8803L) and automatic end-cap inserting machine (CS-G8806L), or the production line for one end-wrapped paint roller (CS-G8803L-WSJ), which can process the tubes which winded on the day into finished products, effectively shortening the production cycle of the product;

The equipment is available in ordinary version and TUV Rhineland certified CE version.

This continuous operation wrapping machine is built for large-volume factory production demands. The reinforced mechanical structure reduces vibration and ensures stable winding accuracy. Customized voltage and external configuration are available to meet global export standards.
