Roller frame assembly machine is a smart machine with production capacity about 600pcs/ hour (3",4 wires, 38mm roller);

The equipment is customized to fit the length not only for 3", you can also customized as per your exact production situation ,such as 4"xØ38mm x4 wires, /7"xØ38mmx4 wires and so on . 9"xØ38mm x4 wires/ 9"xØ38mm x5 wires/ (Special aircraft only);

Machine controlled by Schneider's servo motor and Taiwan Delta PLC,China Inovance Touchscreen.;

The equipment is delivered as an unit after passing the factory commissioning. After unloading, you can run machine directly after connecting the power supply and air source, adding materials. No need secondary assembly and commissioning.

It is optional with advanced version of EPC access system, which is used to connect with factory industry 4.0 system / ERP system/ChaoSheng's Equipment Network Monitoring System, etc. The automatic paint roller cage-wire frame assembly machine adopted the most advanced automation design idea;

Adopted with electrical integration design, PLC programming control system and touch screen operation interface so that various product process parameters can be flexibly set on the equipment; All actions are monitored in real time.
