Cage-roller assembly machine is a smart machine with production capacity about 600pcs/ hour (3",4 wires, 38mm roller);

The equipment is customized to fit the length not only for 3", you can also customized as per your exact production situation ,such as 4"xØ38mm x4 wires, /7"xØ38mmx4 wires and so on . 9"xØ38mm x4 wires/ 9"xØ38mm x5 wires/ (Special aircraft only);

The machinery was precisely controlled through a combination of a Schneider servo motor and a Delta PLC, all monitored via an Inovance touchscreen interface.

The equipment is shipped as a complete unit once it has passed the factory commissioning test. Upon delivery, simply unload it, connect the power and compressed air supply, add materials, and you're ready to start operation - no secondary assembly or on-site commissioning is required.

It is optional with advanced version of EPC access system, which is used to connect with factory industry 4.0 system / ERP system/ChaoSheng's Equipment Network Monitoring System, etc. The automatic paint roller cage-wire frame assembly machine adopted the most advanced automation design idea;

Working principle: automatic positioning and feeding of end-cover on both sides; Automatic feeding, sorting and assembly of wires; Composition wires and end-cover to finished products then discharged . The above integrated functions effectively save labor cost for customers, shorten the production cycle, make sure timely delivery and reduce the space used in the production process;
