This machine is not only a chamfering combing Machine for paint roller ,but integrates below six functions:
1) Pre-cut; 2) Cut; 3) Straight carding/combing; 4) bent carding/combing; 5) Two ends beverling; 6) floation collection.
Multiple processes are formed at one time, which solves the complicated processes of traditional multiple semi-automatic equipment, saving labor and energy. (Each function can be turned on or off according to the actual production demand.);
360 degree rotatable control box is adopted to facilitate operators to operate and monitor equipment in different positions; One machine with multiple functions: For rollers with diameter Φ 30mm and above can share one equipment by replacing accessories;

The equipment is shipped only after successfully passing the factory acceptance test. Upon arrival at the site, it is ready for operation immediately after connecting the power and compressed air supply and loading materials. No on-site assembly or secondary commissioning is required.
The equipment is available in Normal stand and HI Stand which is CE certificated by TUV Rhineland;

Normal Stand: Touch Screen (China Inovance) + PLC (Taiwan Delta)
HI Stand: Touch Screen (Germany Siemens) + PLC (Germany Siemens)
New function for option :
1)Automatic length adjusting system for cutting and beveling. No need manual adjust the length when shaft between different lengths.
2)Automatic cleaning system on two carding/combing/brushing shafts. No need manual regularly to clean flocculent.
It can be connected with our end-cap inserting machine to form a full-automatic production line without any extra spare parts.
